Caring Conversations: You Don’t Have to Walk This Path Alone

The Mustard Seed in Florence, Oregon, is hosting a special Caring Conversations gathering featuring a visit from Caregiver Bridge. This supportive and welcoming event will take place on September 15 at 3:00 p.m. at The Mustard Seed, located at 509 Kingwood Street in Florence. The gathering is free, and everyone is welcome.

Caring Conversations offers a compassionate space for anyone whose life has been affected by Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, or another cognitive or neurological condition. Whether you are providing daily care, supporting a family member or friend, living with a diagnosis, or simply seeking a better understanding of the caregiving journey, you are invited to join us.

During this gathering, representatives from Caregiver Bridge will share information about our Florence-based organization, the support we provide, and the ways we help local families affected by memory loss. Participants will also have an opportunity to connect with others who understand the challenges and emotions that can accompany caregiving.

Through meaningful conversation, shared experiences, and practical support, we hope attendees will find encouragement, helpful resources, and moments of comfort and connection. Caring for someone with a cognitive or neurological condition can sometimes feel overwhelming and isolating, but you do not have to walk this path alone. There is a community ready to listen, understand, and stand beside you.
